Refund policy
Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order delivery date for a full refund.
To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@kennelkips.com with your order number and reason for refund.
* If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship it back using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Unless the error is on our end (e.g., the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent), we will organise and cover all expenses related to returning the item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if any of the above issues are detected. This way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the original shipping fee. Items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
